As of Oct. 20, St. Louis County voters can now participate in early voting — voting in-person absentee or dropping off an absentee ballot — at the Board of Elections building, 725 Northwest Plaza Drive, or at any of 21 satellite locations around the county.
South County has three satellite locations for early voting: the Cliff Cave Branch of the St. Louis County Library, 5430 Telegraph Road; the Grant’s View Branch of the St. Louis County Library, 9700 Musick Ave.; and St. Johns United Christian Church, 11333 St. Johns Church Road. The Cliff Cave Branch location is a new spot for early voting this year.
Other sites across the county include:
“In August and the 2024 presidential election, we opened 14 satellite voting sites. But having 21 for the general election will allow us to accommodate more voters and hopefully get voters in and out faster,” Rick Stream, Republican Director of the St. Louis County Election Board, said. “For November, we will have three satellites in each county council district, so they’re conveniently located for voters.”
On weekdays from Oct. 20 to Oct. 30, voting will be open at satellite sites from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday voting on Oct. 24 and Oct. 31 will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The last opportunity to vote before Election Day will be on Nov. 2 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Voters can make an appointment to vote early at any of the satellite sites. The Board of Elections piloted this program in August for the primary election.
